LOCATION

Work in Prague and live in the countryside

Prague is just 15 minutes away by car and 25 minutes by bus. A newly planned high-speed railway line will whisk you to the centre of the capital in 15 minutes.

Financing

Take advantage of the option of financial support through the services of our mortgage centre and obtain not only advantageous mortgage conditions, but also a guaranteed full refund of the reservation fee if it is not possible to obtain a mortgage loan to finance the purchased property.

We have prepared advantageous mortgage packages for you with banks:

Terms of payment

payment within 5 days of signing a reservation agreement: 1.5% + VAT from the purchase price of the property,

payment within 5 days of signing a promise to enter into a future purchase agreement and issuance of a building permit: balance payment of up to 20% of the purchase price for the property,

balance payments of the purchase price in accordance with individually set payment terms for a specific client,

(Standard procedure – payment up to 60% of the price upon completion of structural work, payment up to 90% of the price upon completion of construction, balance payment of 10% after final inspection and signature of the purchase agreement).

The Seller reserves the right to change the payment terms during implementation of the project.
